Liability, Public Insurance & Indemnity Insurance
RTT will engage Zurich Insurance PLC to provide us with employer’s liability and motor insurance cover in the sum of £8 million per claim and will ensure that the each of our clients enjoy same coverage for any work we engage on. Our Insurance policies and Indemnity covers product liability , employer’s liability insurance and Indemnity to Principal clauses; that is:
public liability to cover injury and loss to third parties;
- Insurance to cover the loss or damage to any item related to
the Services; - product liability; and
- professional indemnity or, where professional indemnity
insurance is not available, a “financial loss” extension to the
public liability insurance
Confidentiality
RTT will keep confidential information and not disclose to a third party information about any of our clients. RTT shall comply with all of its obligations under Data
Protection Legislation and Should there be breach of any sort, we shall notify the clients promptly if the we become aware of any breach of
confidence by RTT or our employees or agents.

One of RTT’s strength is ensuring our client by making sure all boxes are ticked, we audit every stage gate of any project to make sure non over-sight, programs or projects are followed up according as scheduled and through this we ascertain that projects are delivered within specified time and within specified budget.
