MobileAPP Development: RTT is developing a mobile application for IOA and ANDRIOD devises which will be used by disabled persons.
This application will amongst other things do the following:
- Eliminate the abuse of disabled persons’ parking facilities
- Stop the thief of disabled parking barges
- Stop the use of the disabled barges by friends and families of the disabled person unrightfully
- Stop disabled persons from over staying in any particular parking bay for over 3 hours.
- Help the disabled persons from locating parking spaced available to them within a location.
This product will open a new scheme in parking experience as the second phase will be more general towards helping the members of the public to park more effectively. It will also help people to avoid parking fines when they are unnecessary.
The project is at the concept and requirement elicitation stage at the moment, we hope to lunch the first phase January 2019. This will be tested and tried for 6 months, if everybody is happy with the functionalities, we shall progress to the second phase by July 2019 and lunch it in December 2019.
